Controls in Harvest Moon SNES is easy. You cannot change your viewpoint in your character in any way aside from viewing him overhead. Who cares right? The classics <3</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <h3 style="text-align: justify;"> Controls</h3> <div> <b>D-Pad (Directional Pad) </b></div> <div> -- Up | Down - Moves Jack vertically.</div> <div> -- Left | Right - Moves your character horizontally</div> <div> <i>yep, you cannot run or walk diagonally in this game.</i></div> <div> <i><br /></i></div> <div> <b>A-Button</b></div> <div> -- Well, the typical A-button. It is used to select options in the Menu Screen.</div> <div> -- Used to talk to a person, to confirm answers, examine objects, picks up or puts down objects.</div> <div> <br /></div> <div> <b>B-Button</b></div> <div> -- Used to sprint or run and to jump over your fences. Oh and to jump over the mountains when going down. Just hold down the button and you will sprint towards the direction you are facing.</div> <div> -- A "cancel" button.</div> <div> <br /></div> <div> <b>X-Button</b></div> <div> -- Switch tools. You can carry two tools at a time, and you can switch between those when pressing this button.</div> <div> <br /></div> <div> <b>Y-Button</b></div> <div> <div> -- To use tool currently selected on your "hands".</div> <div> -- To fish(?) in the mountain</div> </div> <div> <br /></div> <div> <b>R-Button</b></div> <div> -- To whistle for your horse. When you obtained the clock (see secrets section), the current time in-game will be shown.
