ClixSense Review and Strategy
ClixSense has been online and paying since February 2007. Originally it started as a PTC site and over the past years it has turned into more and more like a GPT rather than just a PTC. While I don't consider it as a your typical GPT site, it does give you more than one way to earn. Such as, members can now earn from completing offers, surveys, listening to the radio (radio loyalty), and other tasks.
They have recently added more 3rd party offer walls which include: SupersonicAds, Matomy, TokenAds, SuperRewards, TrialPay, RadiumOne, PeanutLabs, and CrowdFlower tasks.
The "ClixGrid" is something that ClixSense launched on August 21, 2008. Over time this popular feature has been copied and added to other sites as well. Bscially how it works is that a user will click on an area of an image within the grid and an ad will open up. After the ad timer is finished loading it will tell you whether or not you have won a prize. Cash prizes range from $0.10 to $10. Free members can now play 30 times per day.
ClixSense is currently paying without delay and will be placed on our Elite List. Site is over 6 years old and has no major issues or problems. Like always, if you are new to this site and plan on using it, be sure to test it fully before investing into it.

This site does have a forum.
Forums are great for communication between members and staff.
Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date

Geo Targeting Might Cause Lower Ad Counts:
Not really a bad thing, but for some locations
there will be a lower ad count. This is why you
should test the site fully before you upgrade.
We would highly recommend downloading their toolbar.
Ads are showing frequently throughout the day.
Some have complained about not receiving enough ads.
Western Europe and North America will most likely be
the ones who will benefit from this site the most.
However there are other ways to earn from this site.

How long does it take to reach cashout?
This is going to vary according to location. For example:
Those from Pakistan who do not have any referrals,do not
complete any offers, and only login about once a day to view ads
will find that it might take 2 years to reach cashout ($8).
However, those from countries that get a lot of ads will take around 8 months
to cashout if they have zero referrals, only view ads once a day, and do not
complete any offers or tasks. Remember you can increase your earnings by being more active.
Note that it can vary from one person to another. If you have referrals, upgraded,
complete offers, and other factors that can determine how fast you reach cashout.
Referral Eearnings:
You will earn $0.0002 to $0.004 from your referral clicks.
Standard members earn $0.50 for each affiliate that has earned
a total of at least $10.00 from his own activity.
$2.00 per upgraded direct referral
10% up to $1.00 per purchase limited at $100 per referral
5% per completed task and offers
Doubts - As stated above, there are a few doubts and there those who do not trust ClixSense.
To make a long story short, ClixSense ownership changed in May 2010 and was sold to one of its associates Jim Grago. In February 2011 I was contacted by the new owner and he stated that he sold their other site GeoString to a new owner. Later the site went offline without paying. So people started to get suspicious about this so call change in ownership. Some seem to think the old owner is responsible for the recent scam site. Another site (wordlinx) stated that they would recommend that everyone stay away from ClixSense. Despite them not knowing that the owner announced that the site was no longer under his ownership:

Summary ClixSense
As of now we feel ClixSense is a safe and paying site to use. Personally, we have not had any issues with this site and it has never failed to pay on time. With the recent changes we hope the site continues to do well and grow.

MY CLIXSENSE STRATEGY GUIDE
ClixSense doesn't need any detailed strategy. Since there no other complicated things in ClixSense. But I can suggest you what to do.
After registering at ClixSense, I suggest you install their "ClixAddon" so that you don't have to check the site every now and then just to see if there are new available ads, tasks, surveys or offers. You can easily find out that here is new ads if you installed the ClixAddon because a number will be shown at the upper-right corner of your browser to where the ClixAddon is placed.
Click Ads every time there is an available ad to view. If you don't have DR's, I suggest you register at PaidVerts (Click for more info) and advertise there your referral link. Focus on surveys as it gives you near to $1 every survey.
