The referral that got fired, isn't tossed to the lions. After 15 days of being recycled, if his/her activity is back on the general rule of 10 clicks in 5 days, that user goes back to the rental distribution and can be rented or exchanged by another user again.<br />
My in-depth analysis shows that 61% of the recycled referrals are indeed good users after those 15 days (I don't count the solitary days).<br />
This clearly shows that many users are being recycled like crazy. </blockquote>

There are many types of people in this world and yes, like in Noah's Ark, we have a couple of each species. </blockquote>

There are the excellent clickers: A good and hard-working user who religiously never misses a day of clicking. These are hard to find, especially when they have no referrals to work for. </blockquote>

There are the once-upon-a-time clickers: We can easily divide these in two groups: The ones that click every other day (either because they click twice in a day or because they share an account) and the ones that click half (or about) the minimum advertisements available (also account sharing takes place as many daily normal activities people have with friends and family). </blockquote>

There are the never-never clickers: These are the funny ones. They register but either never login or login but never click. These mostly come from referral's exchange and are here just to look at the funny pretty colors. </blockquote>

One by one is a hard task for those who many referrals... I never said it would be easy.<br />
Like being a boss of a 3 people company is way easier than being a boss for a multinational factory with thousands of workers. The more you have, the more you have to work. </blockquote>

It's good, right? Free is always nice.<br />
But, here free can cost you... a lot! Many users use this free recycling as a way of saving but, most of them are not saving but losing in the end.<br />
It's very simple. You rent a referral for $0.20 (example). This means that for 14 days, this referral cost you around $0.10, correct?<br />
So, are you letting him be paid for doing nothing for 14 days and get a new one for free or are you going to recycle him/her?<br />
In the first option, while you don't pay a thing to have that referral recycled, you've lost $0.10.<br />
If you've recycled him/her in the first place, you'd only lose $0.08 and would have 14 days where most likely the new user would have clicked some advertisements thus making you earn.<br />
See the difference? Think about it. </blockquote>

After reading topics the basic knowledge that you should learn in RR's, I came up with this strategy. Again, try to improve my own strategy or create your own because RR's are complex and different possibilities will happen to each and every user.</div>

After renting referrals, we have learned how to manage our RR's. Now, enable turnon function and check your rental balance regularly, if it is less than 0.020 then transfer your main balance to your rental again. I suggest that for starters, every two weeks you should rent 3 RR's until you reached 9. After that you can rent RR's after every week. Just keep your auto pay on and if renew is needed, choose 30 days.</div>

When you reached 45 RR's, I recommend that you start renewing your RR's to 90 days and turn off auto pay for discounting purposes. From this point on, you should rent referrals every week whenever possible and try to rent referral package more than 3 every week, and renewals should be on 90 days. Build your way to 150 RR's then start renewing to 150 days until you reached 300 RR's, then start renewing for 240 days. Do not Cash Out until you reached this point, unless you want to quit on NeoBux and invest it on another or you want to fail in NeoBux like what happened to the other members.</div>

There are basically 2 ways that you can use in order to enhance your profit without getting more referrals and/or buying a golden pack:<br />

1. You can reduce the cost and therefore increase your profit margin by using a renewing plan for more days to reduce the renewing cost per day in the long run.<br />

2. Develop an effective recycling policy. You will need stats from your referrals and some time to study them. You need to search for clicking patterns of your referrals and use recycling with caution when you believe that a referral is not going to click in a profitable way for your account.<br />
<br />
Static/strict rules like recycling after X days of inactivity and/or below Y average are not the best thing you can do, because is like believing that all of your referrals will behave the same way. What can really help is the past data of clicks per referral, because you can learn the pattern(s) of a referral.<br />
<br />
Example1: A referral who clicks in random days and have in total 7 clicks every 10 days. This one maybe is active only in 2 days out of ten (it sounds bad, but he/she is a profitable referral for you if you renews for at least 90 more days). Many would recycle him/her after 3-4 days of inactivity. <br />

Example2: A referral who clicks 2 ads per days 3 times in a week, he/she can be profitable for you in the long run, but many would recycle him/her as well <br />
<br />
Example3: A referral who clicks 1-3 ads every 7 days. He/she must be recycled.<br />
<br />
There is no point to mention more examples (there are too many) the point is to find what your referrals are doing and act accordingly.<br />

As a suggestion concentrate on older referrals when you recycle, because you have more data to judge them as precisely as possible and remember to give always enough time to referrals to show you what they can do for you.<br />
